Oso karga modu egokia da ibilgailu elektriko txikientzat (bizikletak edo ziklomotorrak) garaje pribatuetan, baina ez da gomendatzen auto elektrikoentzat, hain erabilera luzeekin (8 ordutaraino) instalazioa gehiegi berotzen delako eta ez duelako babesik.
